- PHDCCI, in association with the Ministry of Micro Small & Medium Enterprise (Mo MSME), Govt. of India, has established an Intellectual Property Rights Facilitation Centre (IPFC).The objective is to promote awareness and adoption of Intellectual Property Rights amongst MSMEs, individual entrepreneurs, start-ups and industry. The IPFC aims to strengthen their competitiveness, generate awareness and provide insights into the complex mechanism of creation, ownership, and protection of Intellectual Property. In today's highly competitive Global Economy, it is a must for businesses (particularly for MSMEs, start-ups, and entrepreneurs) that their IPs are adequately protected to help them generate increasing commercial value.
